Who Is the Challenge For?
The 10 in 4 Challenge is for women who have wanted to make some health changes for a while, but just haven't been able to get started on their own. We're going to do this together!

This is perfect for women who have seen weight creeping on year after year and have noticed that what used to work to get it off just doesn't work any more. We'll help you find your unique solution!

Who Are Your Coaches?
Research has shown over and over that people fail to make health changes because they try to do it on their own. Not this time! You've got 3 amazing coaches and a whole community of ladies to help you succeed.
Jennipher Walters is a co-founder of Fit Bottomed Girls and is co-author of The Fit Bottomed Girls Anti-Diet. She's a certified personal trainer, a group fitness instructor, a health coach, and a health and fitness writer.
Fun Fact: After years of training, Jenn can now bust out 14 pull-ups in a row… and even got the chance to show trainer Bob Harper her skills in-person when she appeared alongside him for his online training program.
Dave Smith has been a personal trainer for over 15 years and was chosen as "Canada's Top Fitness Professional" in 2013. He is the master of effective exercise for weight-loss and regularly teaches his techniques on TV, in fitness magazines, and on a variety of healthy living podcasts.
Fun Fact: Dave didn't learn to swim until he was 35 years old! His motivation to learn? He entered a triathlon (swim, bike, run)...that will do it!
Kristen Seymour is one of the partners at Fit Bottomed Girls and is the editor-in-chief at Fit Bottomed Eats. She is an amazing chef, a aspiring yogi, a triathlete (as well as a certified coach), and has developed a passion for mental fitness through meditation.
Fun Fact: Kristen dances pretty much any time she hears a beat. She’s been known to bust a move in the supermarket or even during a half marathon. Why not warm up for a race with the running man, right?
